RETURN DEADLINE / REFUND POLICY:

***Some Items (such as beauty, swimwear, etc.) are Final Sale/Non-Returnable. These items are noted accordingly.

All Clothing Items: Pressitngo will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU labels. We do not accept exchanges.

Return requests must be submitted within 5 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a refund minus the shipping and handling charges.

If it is a split package order, the return must be submitted within 5 days of the final package delivery date and time.

Note: We may require a photo submission for some return reasons (for example: 'Damaged upon arrival', 'wrong item sent', etc.). Please submit clear photos showing the issue.

  • Once the return is accepted, you will receive an email with the Return Authorization number and instructions. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Customer is responsible for a 20% restocking fee. (This does not apply to damaged items or errors that occurred on our end.)
  • Please allow Pressitngo 7-10 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  • Pressitngo will send a confirmation email once the return has been processed.

Other Items: Our policy lasts 7 days from the delivery date for unused and/or damaged (e.g., cracked or broken) products. If 7 days have passed since your purchase was delivered and we have not received an email about the issue, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Pressitngo will email you after the return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

Items with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any return request for an item outside of the delivery window previously described above will be deemed as a non-returnable item.

Note: Shipments that are returned to our Warehouse because of an incorrect shipping address or attempted delivery with no answer, may not be refunded. Please verify your address is correct before submitting the order.

RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, and your email confirmation from Pressitgo stating a refund has been sent, please first check your bank/contact your credit card company.  It may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.

If you have completed the steps above, but have not received your refund, please use the Contact Us at the top of the page to send us an email. We will reply within 24-48 hours of receiving your email.

   

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same item, email us by clicking Contact Us at the top of this page.

We make sure to answer emails within a 24-48 hour timeframe.

  

SHIPPING:

You are responsible for paying for your shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
