Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us via email at Request@pressitngo.com within 8 hours of the purchase and we will work to cancel it for you. We work extremely hard to get each order processed and shipped out in a timely manner. Please note that we cannot guarantee an immediate cancellation even if you email us within that time frame. However, if an issue arises, please let us know and we will do our best to work with you.

Returns

Due to sanitary purposes, we are unable to accept returns for items/goods purchased on the PressItNGo website. If a product is defective, a complimentary replacement or gift card of equal value of the product purchased can be issued.

Exchanges

Due to sanitary purposes, we are unable to accept exchanges for items/goods purchased on the PressItNGo website. If a product is defective, a complimentary replacement or gift card of equal value of the product purchased can be issued.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order within 48 hours of receiving the product and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Defective Items

Did your item arrive damaged, different, or not working? If so, you can submit a claim. Please follow the procedure outlined below. You MUST follow the process below or we will not be able to process your refund. 

  • Within 48 hours of receiving the product contact us at Request@pressitngo.com with a clear photo or video explaining the issue. 
  • We will review the claim and contact you if more information is needed.
  • If approved, we will notify you of the decision. *If a product is defective, a complimentary replacement or gift card of equal value of the product purchased can be issued.

Refunds (if applicable)

Items/Goods purchased on the PressItNGo website are non-refundable.
