The general timeframe for order delivery is divided into two parts:
* Processing time: refers to order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 24-48 hours after the order is placed. The fulfillment center processes the orders, which may take an additional 24-48 hours.
* Shipping time: the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 - 10 business days to arrive at their destination but may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances from time to time. Please note that some of our products are shipped from Overseas and the US so shipping times may vary.
